Getting Your Order to You

We want your NUMBER piece to reach you in perfect condition, exactly when you expect it. Here is everything you need to know before and after you place your order.

Order Processing
Once your order comes through, we process it within 1 to 3 business days. Sundays and public holidays are not included in that window. If you order after 5:00 PM GST, processing starts the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery Time
We ship within UAE. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. During busy periods like sales or festivals, or in cases of weather and courier delays, it may take a little longer. We will keep you updated if anything changes.

Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will show up at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping may apply on certain products or when your order reaches a set value.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information comes to you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Use the details shared to follow your parcel through the courier partner's website.

Delivery Address
Please double-check your address and contact number before placing the order. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of re-shipping falls on you.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damage along with your order number to support@number-rtw.com and we will take it from there.

Return and Exchange Policy

Every piece in the Collection is made by hand in a one-size silhouette. Because of the handcrafted nature of these garments, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any piece from this collection.

Exception
If your order arrives damaged because of something that happened in shipping, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery. Send us clear photos of the damage and your order number at support@number-rtw.com. Our team will look into it and work with you to find the right resolution.

Size Guide

One Size

All NUMBER garments come in one size. The silhouette is cut to drape freely and sit well across different body types without needing adjustments. You do not need to size up or down.

Just wear it.

Fit & Fabric Details

Our kimonos feature an elegant one-size silhouette, thoughtfully designed to complement a wide range of body types. They are suitable for individuals approximately 160 cm to 190 cm in height.

Each piece is uniquely handcrafted in Dubai using carefully selected, lightweight and breathable fabrics, including premium-quality linen and cotton. Designs are individually finished with intricate embroidery and/or stone embellishments, making every piece unique.

Please note that the fit and length may vary depending on the wearer’s height and body shape.

Care Instructions
To preserve the quality of the fabric, embroidery, and embellishments, our pieces should be dry cleaned only.
