Returns

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and issue details.

Share clear photos/videos of the product for verification.

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on self-shipping.
Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund for COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Shipping Charges
